The QMR / Compliance Manager will serve as the organization’s authority on quality systems, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness to maintain certifications and pass customer audits.
This role provides leadership across U.S. and U.K. sites, standardizing processes and ensuring alignment across locations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Business or related field
10+ years in quality management or compliance in aerospace/defense
Strong knowledge of AS standards and ISO 9001/QMS frameworks
Experience with DLA and MIL-STD requirements
Leadership in customer and certification audits
US Person status with proof of citizenship or green card
