Base: $116,600 USD - $174,900 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years as an SI Partner Manager for cloud ERP, HCM, or Financial planning software
  • 4+ years in Business Development, Software/Services Sales, or Channel Management
  • 4+ years recruiting and growing partnerships
  • Experience developing and implementing Partner Go to Market growth Strategies
