Job Summary

  • You will work closely with sales leadership, sales strategy, finance, and product teams to own the development, implementation and administration of new and existing sales incentive structures.
  • The role requires a blend of strategic thinking and operational execution, enabling DoorDash to become a B2B SaaS powerhouse while driving operational rigor for sales team success.
