Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years' relevant experience
8–12+ years in medical device/diagnostics/MedTech
5–7 years in national sales leadership
Field sales experience
Experience with medical devices, diagnostics, capital equipment, surgical equipment, or digital health
Familiarity with South African healthcare sectors
Proven track record in meeting/exceeding national sales targets
Team leadership experience
Regulatory and compliance knowledge (SAHPRA, SAMED, MedTech Europe, POPIA)
