Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse
Knowledge of Aged Care Act and Quality Standards
Experience in clinical education or supervision roles
Understanding of clinical risk and continuous improvement
Proficiency with incident management and CRM systems
Nice-to-have
Willingness to obtain Certificate IV in Assessment and Training
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management and planning abilities
Commitment to professional accountability standards
Readiness to undertake Mercy Health Foundation program
Key Requirements
Minimum Certificate IV in Assessment and Training
Police check and NDIS clearance required
Willingness to obtain Certificate IV within 12 months
