Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Act and Quality Standards
  • Experience in clinical education or supervision roles
  • Understanding of clinical risk and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with incident management and CRM systems

Nice-to-have

  • Willingness to obtain Certificate IV in Assessment and Training
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and planning abilities
  • Commitment to professional accountability standards
  • Readiness to undertake Mercy Health Foundation program

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Assessment and Training
  • Police check and NDIS clearance required
  • Willingness to obtain Certificate IV within 12 months
