Job Summary
Be the main point of contact for key accounts, responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring excellent execution of all campaigns, projects, or initiatives.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within active accounts, presenting commercial proposals aligned with client needs and achieving or exceeding defined billing, profitability, and growth targets.
Ensure that every campaign, activation, or project agreed upon with the client is implemented as planned, coordinating follow-up meetings and supervising the fulfillment of deliverables, budgets, and quality standards.
