The R&D Co-Op program is designed to provide exposure to multiple disciplines and product lines within the Urology and Critical Care Research and Development function.
Upon completion of the program, an R&D Co-Op participant will have gained real-world engineering experience and contributed to the design, development and/or launch of a medical device.
