Job Summary
The 2nd Shift Erlanger Site EHS Leader serves as the primary on-shift EHS authority, with a majority of time (>70%) spent on the production floor driving real-time risk identification, employee engagement, and hazard mitigation.
This role is highly visible and operationally embedded, focused on ergonomics, job hazard analysis (JHA), and proactive injury prevention within a logistics environment.
