Must-have

  • Active California RN license in good standing
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Strong clinical leadership experience in skilled nursing
  • Experience with CMS/OIG surveys and risk management
  • Regional travel within Sacramento area and Northern California

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree in Nursing preferred
  • MDS certification highly desirable
  • Proficiency in PointClickCare (PCC) software
  • Multi-site oversight experience preferred
  • Collaborative mission-driven team culture
