Base: $77,550 - $113,740; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) match

Must-have
5+ years in manufacturing maintenance
Knowledge of FDA regulations
Experience with QMS and EMS systems
Contractor coordination and oversight
Preventive maintenance program execution
Nice-to-have
Strong leadership and team development skills

Experience with new facility construction projects
Key Requirements
High School Graduate with post-secondary education
Minimum 5 years technical or maintenance experience
