Job Summary
You will be responsible for leading product complaint investigations, analyzing trends, and supporting continuous improvement activities across the organization.
Working closely with cross‑functional teams—including R&D, Engineering, QA, Logistics, and Service teams—you will help ensure that product issues are thoroughly assessed, escalated when necessary, and effectively resolved in alignment with regulatory and internal requirements.
This role is part of our Complaints Team within the Quality Assurance organization, helping to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety and performance while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
