Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for leading product complaint investigations, analyzing trends, and supporting continuous improvement activities across the organization.
  • Working closely with cross‑functional teams—including R&D, Engineering, QA, Logistics, and Service teams—you will help ensure that product issues are thoroughly assessed, escalated when necessary, and effectively resolved in alignment with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • This role is part of our Complaints Team within the Quality Assurance organization, helping to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety and performance while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
