Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland is seeking a Warehouse & Workshop Supervisor for their Dublin location to manage the supply chain and operational compliance of medical equipment and consumables. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse environment, strong people management skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement

Job Summary

  • Supervise conformity of deliveries, prepare deliveries according to incoming orders, realize expedition, qualify & follow return flow (default, transport return, wrong choice…), realize inventories, inform internal Customers about the stocks.
  • To ensure at all times compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and also all relevant contractual, regulatory and internal Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Responsible for overseeing daily activity and output of the C&D workshop and the oxygen analysis lab and all its activities in the release of medical oxygen to the Irish market.

Key Requirements

  • Experience within a workshop/warehouse environment
  • Proven track record of delivering annual targeted operational KPIs
  • Experience in people management
  • Minimum 1 – 3 years experience
  • Experience of working within a Medical Device or Pharmaceutical environment
  • Current Counterbalance Fork Truck Licence
