Job Summary

  • This role exists to lead, direct, dream, and build the vision of the Factory strategy by actively participating in the interface of technical and financial areas to achieve approval for future construction projects.
  • Connect business needs with operational improvement and transformation requirements across four categories, leading the generation and formalization of ideas for growth/improvement and bringing them to Business Case approval.
  • Lead and challenge other departments on timelines and activities to achieve the necessary Business Case approvals for the plant's transformation plan.
