Operate and maintain HVAC, WFI, and purified water systems
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components
Develop and maintain spare parts inventory
Interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
Knowledge of LOTO and electrical safety regulations

Key Requirements
Certified Electromechanical Technician, Mechanic, or Electrician
10 years of experience in facility and building maintenance
Experience with HVAC, compressed air, process water, and chilled water systems
Experience using computer tools, power tools, and measurement systems
Experience with industrial electrical and mechanical systems
Experience with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance
Experience with instrumentation and diagnostic tools
