Job Summary

  • Direct the development of data analytics activities including cross geo business units and enterprise initiatives, transformation and driving insight-enabled actionable strategies that improve business performance through better decision making by executive leaders.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities to deploy AI/ML across the insurance value chain and define and execute Asia data, analytics, and AI strategy aligned with business priorities.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary D&A team across Asia and drive a culture of data-driven and AI-augmented decision-making.
