Key Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate diploma or University degree
  • 5–10 years experience in Sales Force Excellence or Commercial Excellence
  • Experience in Pharma or MedTech preferred
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Background in analytics, data science, economics, engineering or related field
  • Experience working in matrix organizations
  • Travel availability 5-10%
