The primary purpose of this role is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing supervisors and the Director of Nursing Services.
Essential duties include accurately preparing, administering, and documenting medications, observing residents for reactions, and reporting any errors or complaints promptly.
The position requires a licensed Medication Aide, a high school education, and the ability to read, write, and interpret medical information, while maintaining resident confidentiality.
