The Maintenance Technician supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other installed systems, equipment, and other components.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Install, repair, replace water pipes
Clear drain blockages
Repair water heaters and pumps
Service backflow prevention devices
Troubleshoot commercial plumbing systems
Perform pipe threading, soldering, welding
Maintain sump pumps and lift stations

General interior maintenance

Utilize CMMS systems
Key Requirements
1-3 years of applicable working experience
Basic plumbing and basic electrical experience
Commercial plumbing experience preferred
Plumbing license or certification preferred
Backflow prevention certification preferred
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
