Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of treasury consultants responsible for driving revenue growth, deepening client relationships, and advancing BMO’s Treasury & Payment Solutions (TPS) strategic objectives.
Serve as the team’s senior expert on treasury products, industry trends, client needs, and solution design, training and modeling consultative selling.
Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) to execute strategic account planning across assigned portfolios, accelerating TPS growth through targeted strategies.

Bachelor’s degree required
