Must-have
2+ years Salesforce Platform experience
Agile/Scrum methodology expertise
Write user stories with acceptance criteria
Manage QA and User Acceptance Testing
Create system flow diagrams and documentation
Nice-to-have
Experience in Finance or Marketing domains
Strong oral and written English communication
Ability to work independently on projects
Familiarity with SharePoint and Smartsheet
Willingness to speak directly with customers
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred
2+ years of experience working with Salesforce Platform
