Key Requirements

  • 7+ years engineering, maintenance, mechanical, or utilities experience
  • 3+ years supervisory, chief engineer, or senior technical leadership role
  • Experience in GMP, pharmaceutical, biotech, or FDA-regulated environments
  • Proficiency with CMMS (Maximo preferred)
  • Ability to lead and develop engineering teams across night operations
