  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to business owners on people-related strategies and employee engagements, and collaborate with senior leadership to build, develop, and execute people strategies through our next iteration of anticipated growth.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct effective investigations, and work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Autonomously lead the design, implementation, and iteration of new people programs, assess and improve current people programs, and lead high value talent calibrations and compensation planning.
