Job Summary
Serve as a strategic thought partner to business owners on people-related strategies and employee engagements, and collaborate with senior leadership to build, develop, and execute people strategies through our next iteration of anticipated growth.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct effective investigations, and work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Autonomously lead the design, implementation, and iteration of new people programs, assess and improve current people programs, and lead high value talent calibrations and compensation planning.
