BeiGene is seeking an Entity Controller for its LATAM finance team, requiring a senior finance professional with a strong background in accounting and finance, especially in the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English and possess strong analytical skills, as well as proficiency in SAP and US GAAP

Job Summary

  • This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, responsible for a broad range of accounting and controlling topics for assigned legal entities.
  • The incumbent must lead accounting processes, financial close, statutory accounts preparation, and manage relationships with auditors and outsourcing partners.
  • The role requires strong US GAAP and local GAAP knowledge, SAP proficiency, and excellent communication and cultural sensitivity for collaboration across global teams.
