Advocate Health is seeking an Equipment Coordinator for a fully remote position to support the equipment planning team in budgeting, inventory management, and project updates. The ideal candidate should have a background in project management or supply chain management, along with strong organizational and communication skills

Job Summary

  • Supports the equipment planning team for each phase and deliverable of the equipment planning process, including budgeting, equipment list development, existing equipment inventory, user meetings, equipment buyout, equipment deployment, and activation support.
  • Enters Capital and Operating project requisitions for medical equipment per current Advocate Health policy and procedure, and tracks equipment buyout progress and budget.
