The Police Dispatcher position works within the UW-Stevens Point Police and Security Services Department and is often the first contact with the campus community and the public.
This position provides critical communication via two-way radios, telephones and computers for Campus Police and Security working in the field as well as coordinating emergency campus wide alerts.
The candidate must be able to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm during stressful incidents, maintaining an excellent understanding of Department and University policies and procedures.
