Key Requirements
Associate degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields
5–8 years experience as Equipment Maintenance Engineer
Proficient in electrical schematics and PLC programming
Experience with PM-to-AM process implementation
Knowledge of MTTR and MTBF statistical analysis
Experience in lean production and maintenance digitalization
