Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years construction project management experience
  • High proficiency in MS Excel pivot tables and macros
  • Knowledge of GMP, Lump Sum, and Design Build contracts
  • Experience with project budgeting and cashflow reporting
  • Ability to manage WBS cost codes and change orders

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with JD Edwards E-1 or AdaptiveWork
  • Familiarity with PowerBI and Trimble software
  • Strong interpersonal relationship building skills
  • Ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders
  • Creative problem solving and analytical thinking

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years direct construction project management or accounting experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
