As a hands-on Manager - Data & Analytics Engineer, you will lead and build scalable data solutions that empower enabling function partners and support breakthroughs important to patients.
You will manage a team, develop data management strategies, ensure data quality and compliance, and drive optimization of data workflows to support business goals.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's or MBA/MS/M.Tech degree
5-10 years relevant experience or PhD with any experience
6+ years programming in data processing languages
Experience with Snowflake and cloud data stacks
Leadership experience managing data teams
Knowledge of data privacy regulations
Advanced communication and strategic thinking skills
