Job Summary

  • This role serves as a valued liaison to institutional clients while playing a formative role in developing strategy for the China region.
  • The successful candidate will leverage deep knowledge of the China market to identify potential institutional clients and communicate the firm's full range of services.
  • You will work closely with Trading, Marketing, Strategy, and Technology groups to provide feedback and further develop Jane Street's offering to the APAC client base.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 10+ years sales or sales trading experience
  • Deep understanding of Chinese market complexities
  • Fluency in English and native Mandarin Chinese

  • Knowledge in ETFs, Equities, or Fixed income
  • Experience cross-selling to institutional clients
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years relevant experience in capital markets sales
  • Native Mandarin Chinese fluency required
  • English fluency required
