Job Summary

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Talent Acquisition CoE projects spread across various TA pillars such as Process & Governance Design, Data Analytics, Campus Strategy, Employer Branding, Recruitment Channels, Talent Technologies, DEI strategies and hiring experience.
  • Partner with TA Delivery Teams, HRBPs, HRIS, Employer Branding, and external vendors to drive program alignment and execution while facilitating governance reviews and project updates with global and regional stakeholders.
  • Support employer branding, talent intelligence, and candidate experience initiatives across key markets and monitor industry trends to bring thought leadership into TA CoE strategy and innovation roadmap.
