Job Summary

  • Telesales to create opportunities proactively for core 2 and core 3 customers, including maintenance contract conversions, renegotiations, and new digital services.
  • Responsible for proactive creation and development of customer relationships, creating, qualifying, and communicating leads and sales opportunities for the entire KONE sales team.
  • Identifies, develops, and follows up existing opportunities of modernizations while calling customers for maintenance topics, and can sell VB repairs through campaigns.
