  • The Solar Farm Technician Associate monitors the solar and BESS power plant’s availability and ensures mechanical and electrical maintenance is being performed when necessary to maintain established safety and operating targets.
  • Responsible for executing daily scheduling philosophy, utilizing a prioritized list of work provided by planning, with a focus on maximizing generation and ensuring proactive work is prioritized and completed.
