Key Requirements
Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred
Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices
Operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
Work both independently and with a team
Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
Follow multi-step processes
Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
Access all areas of the building
Interpret instructions, reports and information
Accurately handle cash register operations
Climb up and down ladders
Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely
Lift or move product up to 10 pounds
Lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
Flexible work schedule
Work in environments with refrigeration and freezer temperatures
Work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements
Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
