Job Summary
The Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for all functions relating to quality, inspection, documentation, customer quality/warranty issues, and system approvals plant-wide.
This person must maintain a strong daily presence on the floor (Gemba), be fully engaged with operations, and set the pace for urgency, accountability, and discipline.
Oversee and facilitate lean and continuous improvement initiatives that eliminate waste (TIMWOOD), strengthen standard work to improve process flows, enhance efficiencies, and build quality into every stage of operations.
