Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Ph.D. in computational or biological sciences
  • 2-3 first-author peer-reviewed publications
  • Proficiency in PyTorch and RDKit libraries
  • Experience with RFDiffusion and ProteinMPNN
  • Knowledge of diffusion and flow-based models
  • Hands-on GPU-accelerated workflow experience

Nice-to-have

  • Prior antibody design or protein engineering experience
  • Experience fine-tuning foundation models on small datasets
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning techniques
  • Experience with molecular dynamics simulations
  • Cloud deployment skills using AWS or GCP
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices like Docker and Kubernetes

  • Ph.D. degree required
  • Less than 2 years post-degree experience
  • Minimum 2-year commitment required
