Base: $15.00-$18.50/hr depending on state and tenure; Bonus/Equity: Weekly performance bonuses starting at $2.75/hr above base pay; Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision coverage (FT), PTO, Employee Assistance Program, childcare and gym membership reimbursements
