Job Summary
Lead execution of major mandates including structuring and execution of debt, equity and hybrid financings, M&A and restructuring transactions in the maritime/offshore sector.
Act as primary client contact in many transactions, engaging with ship-owners, banks, direct lenders, funds, private equity, and other capital providers.
Drive business development by identifying and originating new mandates, expanding the client base in shipping/offshore, and proposing financing or advisory solutions proactively.
Matching Summary

Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
