Candidates will support the transition of new processes into high-volume manufacturing by creating best-known methods and ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
MS degree in materials science or chemical engineering
Experience with thermal ALD or plasma CVD reactors
Structured problem-solving skills using FMEA or Ishikawa
Design and interpretation of statistical DOEs
Knowledge of vacuum techniques and thin-film metrology
Nice-to-have
Experience with ASM specific equipment platforms
Background in transferring processes to HVM fabs
Leadership in customer-facing technical escalations
Success in optimizing deposition processes for development
Ability to coordinate cross-functional action plans
Key Requirements
MS degree + 4 years experience OR PhD + 0 years experience
