Job Summary
This role owns the vision and roadmap for APIs powering YPO's Member ecosystem, Chapter operations, and Agentic AI platform.
The successful candidate will enforce strict governance standards to ensure agent safety, zero hallucination risks, and explainable AI reasoning.
You will serve as the primary liaison for internal engineering consumers and external partners to drive seamless API adoption and developer experience.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-8 years Technical Product Manager experience
3+ years managing API products
RESTful and GraphQL API design expertise
AWS API Gateway and cloud platform knowledge
OAuth 2.0 Auth0 Okta authentication frameworks
API governance versioning and lifecycle management
GDPR CCPA privacy and consent framework experience
Nice-to-have
Experience building agentic AI product ecosystems
Familiarity with RAG-based product integrations
Background in membership or association platforms
Knowledge of event-driven architectures Kafka
Experience with data observability tooling Datadog
Prior work with iPaaS solutions MuleSoft Zapier
Global mindset for international member interactions
Key Requirements
5-8 years Technical Product Manager experience
3 years specifically managing API products
Strong understanding of RESTful and GraphQL design
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms
Demonstrated ability to translate complex integration requirements
Experience working within GDPR and CCPA frameworks
