Responsible for processing complex commercial loans, including conventional, construction-to-perm, participation loans, and government guarantee loans.
Performs peer review of loan files, assumes periodic responsibility in closing, funding, and boarding of complex loan files.
Maintains daily communication with all parties relevant to the loan and takes accountability for providing a best-in-class member experience.
