Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, as well as process employment-related documentation and coordinate payroll and employee benefit programs.
Organize in-service education programs for staff, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to assure competency in new skills.
Supervise staff, including taking or assisting with appropriate disciplinary measures, and provide direct resident/patient care while maintaining confidentiality.
