  • Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, as well as process employment-related documentation and coordinate payroll and employee benefit programs.
  • Organize in-service education programs for staff, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to assure competency in new skills.
  • Supervise staff, including taking or assisting with appropriate disciplinary measures, and provide direct resident/patient care while maintaining confidentiality.
