This position supports the implementation and execution of the Group’s Management Trainee Programme and campus engagement initiatives as key talent pipeline efforts.
The incumbent is expected to collaborate closely across subsidiaries, demonstrate strong ownership of outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement of Group HR practices.
