Must-have
commercial high-rise plumbing systems
plumbing system troubleshooting
domestic water and drainage maintenance
plumbing code and safety compliance
pump and valve repair
preventive plumbing maintenance
Nice-to-have
experience with building automation systems
customer service skills
backflow prevention certification
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
medical gas and brazing certifications
Key Requirements
Valid Journeyman Plumber License
3–5 years commercial plumbing experience
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Knowledge of plumbing codes and OSHA requirements
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
