  • Responsible for the overall maintenance and compliance of the buildings, grounds, fixtures, and equipment of the facility, serving as the organization’s emergency management and safety officer.
  • Oversees general building maintenance, performs physical environment inspections, maintains facility safety records, and ensures preventative maintenance and documentation for all equipment and systems.
  • Leads a team through hiring, orienting, performance assessment, motivation, training, scheduling, and coaching, while managing staff scheduling and contingency plans.
