The Manager – Enterprise Change Management supports enterprise strategic and operational initiatives by leading the people side of change to drive adoption, readiness, sustainment, and leader effectiveness.
Operating within the Change Management Center of Excellence, the role partners with executive sponsors and initiative leaders to assess readiness and execute change strategies aligned to the enterprise methodology.

Must-have
7 years leading large-scale transformational change
Certification in PROSCI or ACMP methodologies
Experience partnering with senior enterprise leaders
Ability to assess stakeholder impact and readiness
Expertise in developing change playbooks and tools
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in business or related field
Prior experience in healthcare or regulated environments
Advanced facilitation or organizational transformation training
Strong executive-level communication skills
Ability to translate strategy into practical enablement
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred
PROSCI or ACMP certification required within 6 months
7+ years proven success in transformational change efforts
