Job Summary
Partners with region consultants and provides support to executive leadership and location staff by assisting with location transition projects and other identified areas of concern.
Provides guidance to locations regarding social services through consultation with region consultants and other staff, researches and remains current on local, state and federal rules and regulations and standards of practice.
Creates and updates job orientation and training programs, mentors employees through the job orientation and training process, and provides training through educational sessions.
