The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services' Division of Operations is looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst to support DHHS NFOCUS System Applications and facilitate new and enhanced system development.

The position requires acting as a liaison between application developers, business users, and vendors, documenting requirements, creating test plans, and providing IT production support.

Key Requirements
Post high school coursework or experience in business process analysis
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years as business/solutions analyst
2+ years in health/human service environment
Experience in Public Services/DHHS environment
