Job Summary

  • OKX is seeking an experienced VIP Product Lead to focus on creating exclusive product experiences and service solutions for high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, market makers, and other VIP customer segments.
  • You will own the day-to-day VIP Growth & Operations execution for high-net-worth individual clients, ensuring VIP lifecycle programs are planned, launched, and iterated effectively.
  • The role involves building and running a VIP lifecycle operations framework, partnering with Local Market teams, and planning/executing VIP offsites and online events.
