The ideal candidate should have a California LVN license and a minimum of two years of relevant experience, preferably in long-term care settings

Job Summary

  • Lead the facility’s infection control program as the primary advocate for resident and staff safety, ensuring leadership in aseptic technique and infectious disease management.
  • Plan, develop, and direct the infection control program, monitor infection practices, and conduct staff education on hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Manage employee health programs including TB testing and counseling for occupational exposures, while serving as a key member of the Infection Control Committee.
