Must-have
Manage daily census reporting and data integrity
Oversee billing accounts receivable and payable
Process write-offs and resident refunds
Run monthly insurance eligibility verification
Lead private pay collections and bad debt follow-up
Coordinate month-end close activities
Prepare bank deposits and reconcile transactions
Nice-to-have
Experience with RFMS or similar billing systems
Knowledge of PCC and Workday systems
Strong Excel proficiency preferred
Cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to type 40+ words per minute
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum one year experience in long-term care preferred
Proficiency in Excel and 10-key calculator required
Knowledge of clerical functions and computer literacy required
